Pilates is great for Men too!

There are many sceptics out there who are utterly convinced that Pilates is for Women only. Well that is simply not true . Pilates is quickly gaining popularity with Male Athletes ( from Football players to Golfers) for its unique method of improving flexibility , posture, balance and co-ordination. All of which are essential to athletes in order to perform at their peak!
Traditionally men feel that "true" exercise makes you sweaty and feel winded on completion. However Pilates does not work that way and is comprised of exercises designed to balance strengthening and stretching of the muscles.
Pilates is an excellent technique for whole body fitness as well as a foundation for cross training with other kinds of sports and exercise.
The Pilates Method was invented by a man, and has been a training system for men and women for over 50yrs!
